Ms. Welter is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. Ms. Welter is admitted to practice law in both the Massachusetts state and federal courts. She has more than 25 years of litigation and trial experience in both Massachusetts district and superior courts. She has arbitrated and mediated countless cases to successful conclusion. Her practice is concentrated in insurance defense and personal injury. She presently represents litigants throughout the state in both personal injury and property damage actions.
