
Mr. Rumson is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over 25 years. He presently concentrates in insurance law and insurance defense litigation in state and federal courts of the Commonwealth. His practice areas include business law, contract disputes, construction-related matters, including construction defects claims, complex property damage cases, bond claims, business divorces, bank/creditor claims and rights, collection actions, consumer protection actions/ bad faith litigation, mold and toxic tort cases, administrative appeals and condominium disputes. Mr. Rumson has extensive trial experience throughout Massachusetts district and superior courts, has successfully argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and has also served as both a mediator and arbitrator of civil matters.
