Mr. Palmer is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School and a graduate of Northeastern University, with Highest Honor. He practiced in the Civil Litigation Department of Sherburne, Powers & Needham in Boston before joining the firm and concentrating in insurance law, insurance defense and personal injury litigation. Mr. Palmer has considerable trial experience on behalf of insurers and plaintiffs in the federal, superior and district courts throughout Massachusetts and in the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. Mr. Palmer also has extensive experience in Chapter 93A litigation and has obtained several large recoveries on behalf of insurers and plaintiffs.
